We LOVE this light. It is a simple, inexpensive way to get light where you need it, indoors or outdoors. The LED does a great job of providing adequate light and battery power means you don’t need a plug to make it work. We’ve had one mounted magnetically outside on a basketball hoop for a couple of months to light up a dark corner of our yard and it does a great job. These make terrific nightlights for the path to the bathroom – coming on automatically when it senses your movement. Get some and you’ll find out why we love them. If you are looking for a reliable source of light in an indoor or outdoor area where you have no outlet, the Sylvania LED Motion Sensor Light can do the job. This light is battery powered so no wiring or professional installation is necessary; and it can be mounted using the included adhesive, built-in magnet or with the included screws. Once the light has been mounted, it can be set to either manual or automatic operation. In manual operation you can physically turn the light on or off at any time. In automatic mode, the light uses a built-in photocell and motion sensor that will activate only in the dark and when movement has been detected within a 13 foot range; the motion sensor operates with a 130° radius. Once movement has no longer been detected, the light shut-off automatically after 10 seconds. This versatile light is the ideal solution for lighting up a stairway, bathroom, hallway, kitchen or garage, and because it has a waterproof housing it can even be used outside on the front porch, back patio or shed. The Sylvania LED Motion Sensor Light will conserve electricity and provide a lighted, safe environment at night. This product is powered by three AAA batteries, included.
